Jacob Howard

Urban Planner

Coming from the Central Coast of California, Jacob’s planning background includes assisting in the development of zoning codes in cities within California and across the country. In addition, Jacob has experience working on several general plan updates, economic and market studies, and implementation strategies for private developments.

At Code Studio, Jacob’s interest in urban economics, experience working to understand location specific market dynamics, and time spent navigating complicated regulatory environments underlie his work developing plans and zoning codes that work efficiently to implement their community’s vision.

Jacob has a Master of City and Regional Planning from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo, and a Bachelor of Art in Economics and Psychology from The University of Texas in Austin.
